Home Interest Form

Please review the Apply for a Home web page to ensure you meet our guidelines before submitting this form to HFHMC. Please note that this Interest Form is NOT an application for a Habitat home, but provides us with your contact information so that we can send you a pre-application screening form to fill out. When we receive that back from you, we will begin the application process by sending your information to our underwriters to review. After their evaluation of your pre-screening information, you will be notified of your application status. If you receive a denial letter, you will be given the reasons why along with referral resources to contact for assistance to help you work through the issues causing the denial. If you receive an application from us based on the pre-screening information provided, please fill it out as soon as possible and bring in all the required documents so we can begin processing your paperwork.
